Okay, since a long time I wanted to do this. The pictures above are from february and July, they are only months apart but you can see the difference in my curves. The thing is that I never really went on extreme diets or exercise. But what I actually did was changing my perspective of myself. The first picture was taken in the summer, you can see I’m wearing jeans and a cardigan because I would never go out showing my body. It was so hot, but I refuse to be seen in smaller clothes. The second one is with more clothes because it was winter, but you can see the clothes fit more tightly and my whole attitude in the picture is different. There is a change in me and everyone noticed, it wasn’t much but it keeps growing day by day. I’m so happy about myself and my figure that my whole image changed. What I’m trying to say is that getting on harsh diets is not the solution, you are going to look at yourself and still not be satisfied. You need a real change and that comes from within, you can start with getting a new perspective, stay away from toxic people, dress up, touch yourself, buy clothes that you thought you would never wear and see how awesome you look in them. I always thought that someone will love me and then I will see reasons to love myself, but no, nobody is gonna love you like you can love yourself. You’re amazing no matter your size or shape.
